Current Assets and Performance

Since 2008 Jemcap has purchased 13 pools of loans. These pools consisted of over 460 loans with a total unpaid balance of approximately 400 million dollars consisting of performing and non-performing loans. Our focus is on acquiring larger pools of non-performing loans directly from banks, funds or servicing companies.

In addition to purchasing pools of loans we have purchased many individual residential REO’s and notes. Our primary focus is loans or properties in the range of 250K to 3 million dollars located in the NY tri-state area.
