Bradley Marsh formed Jemcap in 2009 and has 15+ years experience in commercial-related asset transactions. Prior to forming Jemcap with his brother Peter, Bradley worked at Cogswell Realty Group, investing and managing high profile commercial leasing transactions. Prior to joining Cogswell, Bradley was a successful podiatrist, where he owned and operated his own medical practice for several years. Bradley holds a degree from George Washington University and is a graduate of the New York School of Podiatry.
Peter Marsh has over 15+ years experience in commercial-related asset transactions. Following his tenure at KPMG Peat Marwick, Peter formed a commercial real estate company called Cogswell Realty Group, where along with two partners, he managed and leased over 3 million square feet of office space totaling over $500MM in transactions throughout the tri-state area. Peter also has experience in re-development initiatives completing several projects, including prominent office space in Newark, NJ (744 Broad Street) and Long Island, NY (former Grumman Aerospace Building). In 2008, Peter formed Jemcap to purchase and service commercial loans in the New York metropolitan area. Peter has his Bachelors in Finance from George Washington University and a Masters in Accounting from Pace University. Peter also holds his CPA license.
Matthew Paul is responsible for identifying and sourcing new opportunities for Jemcap. His role includes conducting extensive market research and analyzing economical and market conditions. Matthew also is involved with coordinating efforts with brokers, and other third parties. Matthew, has over seven years of experience in real estate and has personally sourced and closed on eleven properties nationwide. Prior to getting involved in acquisitions, Matthew was a mortgage broker focusing on debt financing for military and student housing. Matthew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2011 from Syracuse University.
Jemcap is a boutique real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of pools of non-performing small balance commercial, residential loans and REO’s located in the New York tri-state area.
